Dr Peter Catt, MBBS (Qld) FRACS
Dr Catt graduated from the University of Queensland in 1966. He was in private practice from 1977 until 2009.
Past appointments include:
Visiting Plastic & Faciomaxillary Surgeon at the Royal Brisbane Hospital for nineteen years.
Head of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department at Royal Brisbane Hospital for thirteen years.
Dr Catt has held positions as Secretary, Treasurer and President of the Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons Society of QLD and was also the CEO of Chasely Day Surgery for ten years.
Dr Catt retired from his private practice in 2009 and now works part-time at Specialist Connect, performing local anaesthetic procedures associated with skin cancers.
Dr John Carney, MBBS FRACS
Dr John Carney's qualifications include graduating from the University of Adelaide in 1961 and completing FRACS Plastic Surgery in 1972.
Dr Carney has been in practice both in the private and public sector since 1972. Dr Carney's past appointments include, visiting Plastic Surgeon and Head of Unit, Royal Hobart Hospital 1972 specialising in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Facio-maxillary Surgery and Hand Surgery. He was also a visiting Plastic Surgeon to the Princess Alexandra Hospital and the Mater Children's Hospital between 1988 and 2007 and was also in private practice in Hobart between 2003 and 2007.
Dr Carney now works part-time from Specialist Connect, performing local anaesthetic procedures associated with skin cancer.
